Introduction

All Fellow electric products come with a standard 2-year warranty. We completely stand behind the quality of our products, and you can read more about our standard coverage here. However, we also offer an extended warranty through Mulberry, which offers:

• Extended coverage 1 OR 3 years after the standard Fellow warranty, depending on the plan you select
• Coverage for electrical failures and power surges
• Fast out-of-warranty replacements with free shipping & no fees

Please note: The coverage options are 3 and 5 years total, not in addition to the 2-year manufacturer warranty. 

How to Purchase

Option 1: During Checkout

When purchasing a qualifying Fellow product from fellowproducts.com, you'll notice options for the 3 and 5-year plans underneath where you select the color you'd like to purchase. Selecting one of these and clicking "add to cart" will add it to your cart along with the product.

If you don't select one of the buttons in the example above and go to add an eligible product to your cart, it will prompt a pop-up that will also give you the option to add it, with a little more information about what's covered. 

Option 2: Post-Purchase

If you purchased your Fellow product from one of our authorized retailers, or you decide you'd like to purchase an extended warranty after the fact, we've got you covered! All you need to do is register your product with us. Once that's completed, you'll receive a follow-up email giving you the option to purchase directly from the email:
