The exit hole on your double-walled basket can be really hard to see, so we've included references to what you should be looking for below. It's also completely normal for it to be offset to one side for better use with the shot splitter. Sometimes, it might take shifting it in your hand with light shining on it to see it properly.
However, if you're still unsure, try pulling a shot with just water if you haven't already. If your basket truly doesn't have an exit hole, please make sure to let us know immediately. We'll make sure you get one that does!
