Why isn't there any shot feedback after pulling a shot?

By default, if your Series 1 detects a shot that pulls too quickly or too slowly (based on your profile parameters), it will suggest ways to improve your grind! However, it's possible that it may not show up right away.

You’ll only see the option to turn Intelligent Shot Feedback on after your first “out-of-range” shot. When that happens, the machine will ask if you’d like to keep the feature enabled. Until a shot falls outside the expected time or volume range, you won’t see any feedback or prompts.

If you’d rather not wait for that first prompt, you can also turn it on manually by heading to Settings > Customization > Brew and toggling Brew Guidance on.

One other important thing to note: Brew Stop must be set to Time or Volume for feedback to trigger. If Brew Stop is set to Off, the machine won’t generate shot feedback.
