How long does the Fellow warranty last?
First-generation Fellow electric products carry a standard warranty of 1 year. Our new generation of Fellow electric products (Pro/Pro Studio kettles, Ode Gen 2, Opus, Tally, etc.) carry a standard warranty of 2 years.
Electric products purchased and used in the United States are eligible for product registration. One of the perks of registering is a free additional year of coverage on our standard warranty, resulting in 2 years of coverage for first-generation electric products, and 3 years of coverage for our new generation of electric products. If you’d like to register your electric product, please click here.
Fellow’s non-electric products carry a 1-year limited warranty. Non-electric products are not eligible for product registration at this time.
