Orders can only be edited or canceled within 1 hour (60 minutes) of the order being placed. Once the hour period passes, we are unable to cancel or edit your order as the information gets sent to our partner roaster(s) who work hard to roast, fulfill, and send them out as soon (and as fresh) as possible.
If you are still within the drop's active period, simply reply edit order or cancel order to the Fellow Drops text message. For any further issues or specific circumstances, please text the Drops number at 1-844-920-3767.
