All Drops ship directly from the roaster. Typically our roasters use USPS but some use UPS and FedEx. Your address must be able to receive packages from these carriers in order to receive coffee from us.
You can always check your order history and tracking through your account. Just text ACCOUNT to the Drops number [1-844-920-3767] and we’ll send you the link.
