Why can't Fellow access your Amazon order?


If you purchased a Fellow product through our Amazon store, your order is processed, packed, and shipped directly by Amazon, not by Fellow. Because of this, we don't have access to your order details, shipping status, or delivery timeline in our system.

For the fastest help with your Amazon order, you'll need to contact Amazon's customer service team directly.

How to get help from Amazon?

Amazon can assist you with:

  • Shipment status and tracking updates
  • Orders that haven't shipped yet
  • Delays, missing packages, or delivery issues
  • Returns and refunds for Amazon purchases
  • Order cancellations or modifications

You can reach Amazon Customer Service directly here. Have your Amazon order number ready — it will be in the format 111-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX and can be found in your order confirmation email or under Returns & Orders on Amazon.com.

You can also check your order status directly:

  • Go to amazon.com and sign in to your account
  • Select Returns & Orders in the top-right corner
  • Find your Fellow order and select Track Package for live shipping updates
  • If your order hasn't shipped, select Get help with order to contact Amazon directly

Can I return an Amazon order to Fellow?

At this time, we can only process returns and exchanges for products that were purchased directly from our website (www.fellowproducts.com) or at our storefronts in San Francisco and Los Angeles. If the product was purchased from Amazon or another retailer, please reach out to their customer service teams directly.
