When you place an order with Fellow, the wheels begin turning...
Once orders are processed, we work fast to ensure the product(s) are available and ready to ship. Upon processing, you will receive an email confirming your order! After your order has been picked up by our carrier, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking confirmation. This entire process takes 24-48 hours.
Typically, orders will arrive in 5-7 days once shipped; however, please note that due to inclement weather or situations beyond our control, the carrier may need additional time to deliver your order.
During the holiday season, order fulfillment may take a little longer than usual—typically 1–3 business days. Additionally, with the holiday rush, carriers might take a bit more time for tracking information to update and show movement.
A few things to note about order processing:
- While we can make no guarantees, placing an order before 11 am PST increases its chances of being shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time are more likely to ship the following day. This also applies to expedited orders.
- Expedited shipping options like UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air apply to the time the order is in transit; they do NOT expedite processing times.
- For example, if you place an order at 9 pm PST (after the 11 am cutoff) with next-day shipping, it will not be delivered the following day. It will be shipped the following morning and will be delivered the day after that.
- Our warehouse does not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on the weekend or on Friday, it will more than likely be processed and shipped the following Monday or Tuesday.
