Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take 24 hours for the tracking number to be completely active while it is in the process of being picked up by one of our carriers.
You can track your order directly from the email we sent using the "Track your items" button or you can also retrieve your tracking details here.
You will also have the opportunity to receive tracking updates sent directly to you via text message during checkout if using ShopPay.
If you notice your tracking number has not updated after 72 hours of when the email was sent, please contact us so we can further investigate.
Please note: During the holiday season, it may take longer than 72 hours for your tracking details to update due to a higher volume of orders placed.
