What to Expect
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note, it may take 24 hours for the tracking number to be completely active while it is in the process of being picked up by one of our carriers.
How to Track Your Order
You can track your order directly from the email mentioned above, using the "Track your items" button, or you can also retrieve your tracking details here.
If you used ShopPay to check out, you also have the option to receive tracking updates sent directly to you via text message.

If you notice your tracking number has not updated after 72 hours of when the email was sent, please let us know via the CX assistant chat in the bottom right corner of your screen! We'd love to help!
Please note: During the holiday season, it may take longer than 72 hours for your tracking details to update due to a higher volume of orders placed.
