We are super excited to be offering gift boxing to our customers. Here are some answers to some questions you might have.
How much does it cost?
Gift boxing is just $10 per order. No matter the size of your order. That means if you get two Carters or 6 Odes - the boxing for your whole order is just $10
Can I customize the packaging?
Gift boxes have been curated by our team to reflect our brand and to create excitement for the gift receiver. The box is black and stuffed with crinkle paper inside, so all your goodies will arrive safe and sound. Note that Carter mugs will be bubble wrapped for more protection. Gift boxes are not customizable.
What is the character limit for the gift note?
The gift note has limit of 500 characters. That means you can profess your love or apologize for when you were really hangry to that one friend to your heart's content!
Can I request a box for only certain products within my order?
Gift boxes are only available for Fellow Products and items will be boxed together to reduce waste. You are not able to request that only certain items be gift-boxed. The whole order gets boxed in a gift box.
