My Fellow order included coffee, so why isn't it shipping with the rest of my items?

As a company that highly values quality, it's extremely important to us that your coffee arrives fresh and ready to be brewed! The best way to do that is to start at the source, so almost all of the coffees listed in our online coffee marketplace are roasted fresh and fulfilled by the roasters themselves.

This means that the coffee in your order will be coming from a completely different place than the Fellow products, sometimes even a different state altogether. It will have a separate tracking number that can be viewed from your order's main tracking link and may arrive at a different time than the main items in your order. The same thing will happen if you order more than one bag of coffee from different roasters. 

It's also worth noting that each roaster has their own roasting schedule, so your order might not ship right away. If you're curious about a particular roaster's schedule, you can find that information on the coffee's website listing just underneath the main details section.
