Introduction
Sometimes, an Ode will display a strange (and often alarming) behavior: a loud "knocking" or "popping" noise, often paired with vibrating or rocking back and forth. Though it can be surprising, this issue is often a result of electrical noise in the Ode's motor. It is also normally really easy to solve.
Before we discuss the steps to fix it, take a look at the examples below to make sure you're experiencing the same thing.

- Unplug the Ode
- Leave it unplugged for exactly 2 minutes (using a timer)
- Plug it back in
