How do I download the EKG Updater app and pair it to my Stagg EKG Pro / Corvo EKG Pro or Pro Studio Edition kettle?

In order to download the EKG Updater app, visit fellowproducts.com/app on your mobile phone and follow the directions to download. 

1.  
   1. Make sure your Stagg EKG Pro / Corvo EKG Pro is plugged into an outlet.
   2. Ensure EKG Pro is in an area with good WiFi coverage and that your phone’s Bluetooth is on.
   3. Know your WiFi network name and WiFi network password.
   4. Open the Fellow app and follow the instructions in the app to connect.
   5. From here, you’ll be able to ensure your EKG Pro is operating on the latest firmware.

Important note about the EKG Updater App

The EKG Updater App is designed specifically to keep your kettle up to date with the latest firmware, helping ensure it runs smoothly and reliably over time.

The app does not offer any remote control features. You won’t be able to adjust temperature, turn the kettle on or off, or change settings through the app. Our Stagg EKG Pro / Corvo EKG Pro or Pro Studio Edition kettles also do not use Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for remote control.

While we don’t currently have plans to add remote control functionality, we’re always listening to feedback and exploring ways to improve future products.
