Although it’s not needed to use the product, we will occasionally provide updates to the firmware in your Stagg EKG Pro / Corvo EKG Pro or Pro Studio Edition to ensure everything is running optimally and that your kettle has the latest firmware. Choosing not to use the app will not diminish the usefulness of your kettle, as the updates are not needed for the Pro or Pro Studio Edition to work.
Important note: The EKG Updater App is solely intended for performing firmware updates to keep your kettle running smoothly. It does not provide any remote control features — there is no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi functionality available for adjusting temperature, turning the kettle on/off, or managing settings through the app.The app is also not compatible with Stagg EKG+ kettles.
