We’re sorry to hear you’re not receiving our text messages! Our text offers are sent directly to your phone through our text-based ordering system. Below are details on when to expect them and what to do if they’re not coming through.

 

When to Expect Texts

We send text offers for Drops every week and occasionally for special releases:

  • Tuesdays at 9 AM — our main weekly Drop text offer

  • Thursdays at 9 AM — alternative Drop offers (once or twice a month)

  • Mondays at 9 AM — T Drops offers (once a month)

If you’re not receiving these texts around those times, please reach out to our team so we can share the offer and help you place an order if you’d like to participate.

 

Why You Might Not Be Getting Texts

Most commonly, missed texts happen due to carrier filtering or recent iOS updates.

  • Google Fi users: We’ve noticed carrier-related delivery issues here. Unfortunately, we don’t have a current workaround.

  • iPhone users: If you’ve recently updated your iOS, it’s possible your message settings changed. We ask that you reach out to Apple support as we have seen success with setting adjustments in the past.
