How do I place a Drops order?

Fellow Drops is a weekly text-based coffee-ordering service featuring a new coffee from one of our rotating roasting partners.

Every Tuesday at 9:00 AM PT / 12:00 PM ET, you'll receive a text with that week's coffee offer. To place an order, simply reply with the number of bags you'd like (for example: "1", "2", or "3").

Your order will automatically be:

• Shipped to the address on file
• Charged to your saved payment method
• Placed using any available Drops credit automatically

The ordering window is open for 12 hours (until 9:00 PM PT / 12:00 AM ET). Once the window closes, we're unable to accept additional orders for that week's Drop.
