When an Aiden is interfacing with the Fellow - Brew With Aiden App, you'll see one of the four connection statuses below. Continue reading about each to learn what they signify!
Connecting
The "Connecting" message above, along with an empty circle with the green outline, means the Aiden is in the process of connecting to our servers via the internet. This can take up to 5 minutes, so please avoid power cycling your Aiden during this step.
Active
The "Active" message above, along with a green circle, means the Aiden is connected to the internet successfully and will receive commands from your phone without any issues.
Offline
The "Offline" message above, along with a grey circle, means that the Aiden was once connected successfully, but is not at the moment.
If you're dealing with connection issues, please refer to our troubleshooting article here.
Connection Failed
The "Connection failed" message, along with a red circle, means that the Aiden has never been able to successfully connect to the internet.
If you're dealing with connection issues, please refer to our troubleshooting article here.
