In a world where normal cold brew takes many hours to produce, Aiden does things a little differently. Unlike traditional methods, Aiden begins the brew by completing a hot bloom cycle. This is then followed by 1-3 hours of slow dripping of cold or room temperature water from the tank. The combination of the two produces high and even extraction yields in a fraction of the time it would normally take. Whether you want to brew concentrates or want a ready-to-drink cold brew, Aiden's got you covered! It's just a matter of changing the dose.
As with many of Aiden's other settings, the hot bloom is customizable and can be disabled if you wish. Just like the hot brewing profiles, cold brew profiles can be created and customized as well.
Please note that the cold brew Aiden can make will be in the carafe at room temperature when it is done. So it'll need to be chilled or served over ice.
