How do you clean Slide Lid?

Cleaning your Slide Lid will keep it good as new and ensure you always have excellent-tasting coffee with every brew! We recommend the following cleaning procedures:

Please hand wash both Carter and Slide Lid with warm water and dish soap — please use a soft sponge to ensure you don't scratch any surfaces
Let air dry (or towel dry) thoroughly
We recommend at least once a week, to disassemble the Slide lid and wash thoroughly (note: you may want to clean more thoroughly if you put any type of milk, creamer or sugar in your coffee!)
