Check Your Charger
Though rare, it's possible that the charging cable and/or wall adapter used with your Tally aren't working properly. If that's the case, your Tally's battery could still be dead, even though it appeared to have been charging.
To cover all your bases, try plugging them into another device to confirm they're working properly.
Plug it in
Once you've confirmed your charging cable and wall adapter work, try plugging your Tally into an outlet different from the one you normally use for charging. If it's working properly, your Tally should turn on each time it's plugged into a power source.
Try a Hard Reboot
If you didn't get a response after plugging your Tally in, the last step would be to try a hard reboot by holding the "clock" and "mode" buttons for about 10 seconds. In case it's helpful, we've included a reference video for this process below:
