Even though this may be alarming to see, getting your Tally back to working normally (without the pesky MAX message) can be done in a few easy steps!
- In Brew Assist Mode, with the coffee-to-water ratio displayed, turn the dial counterclockwise until the ratio becomes 1:1
- Keep turning the dial until the ratio changes to "rst"
- Press the dial button and the display will then show: Factory Reset? (Yes/No)
- Select the "Yes" by turning the dial
- Press the dial to confirm the selection
- Wait 3 seconds once displayed and the device will reset itself
