If you’re grinding on an Opus or an Ode Gen 2 we recommend starting with the grind settings below as starting points. Generally, the larger the batch size, the coarser you will want to grind. Start off coarse, and keep grinding finer until you reach astringency.

Small batch: 3-5 cups (451 - 750mL)
Large batch: 5-10 cups (751 - 1,500mL)
