We tend to lean towards single-origin light and medium roasts. Occasionally, we select a coffee with a more developed roast profile that surprises us. We’re always on the hunt for exceptional and interesting flavors: coffees with an amazing origin story, unique process, or just a profile so damn good you have to brew and drink the entire bag all in one day!
