If you no longer want to purchase AfterShip Protection and your order has not shipped, contact us immediately using the CX assistant chat in the bottom right corner of your screen, and we will refund the protection fee. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot process refund requests for AfterShip Protection. Orders that do not include the AfterShip Protection will no longer be covered against loss, damage, or porch piracy.
