My Tally's screen is stuck on "MAX" or displays it on low weights! What do I do?

Even though this may be alarming to see, getting your Tally back to working normally (without the pesky MAX message) can be done in a few easy steps! 

1. In Brew Assist Mode, with the coffee-to-water ratio displayed, turn the dial counterclockwise until the ratio becomes 1:1
2. Keep turning the dial until the ratio changes to "rst"
3. Press the dial button and the display will then show: Factory Reset? (Yes/No) 
4. Select the "Yes" by turning the dial
5. Press the dial to confirm the selection
6. Wait 3 seconds once displayed and the device will reset itself
