Tally Pro comes with three modes for seamless brewing and weighing: Timer, Weight, and first-of-its-kind Brew Assist™ mode. To toggle between modes, press the mode button next to Tally Pro’s dial.
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Brew Assist™ | Provides instant ratio calculations in grams to keep you on track throughout the pour-over process, so you can put away the calculator. |
| Timer | Have your ratio and targets memorized? Timer mode has timer and weight in grams side-by-side for experienced brewers. |
| Weight | The most traditional mode allows you to measure in grams, ounces, pounds, and milliliters of water. |
