Why can’t I register my Fellow product outside the United States?

At this time, product registration is only available for eligible Fellow electric products purchased from authorized retailers in the United States.

Products purchased in Canada or other countries outside the U.S. are not eligible for product registration, extended warranty coverage through registration, or paid warranty extensions. Refurbished products are also not eligible.

That said, international purchases are still covered by our standard manufacturer warranty. More details on our warranty are here.
