Redemption Window

Credits must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of the credit offer email.

To redeem, the customer must:

• Create or log into their Fellow Drops account
• Use the redemption link provided in the email
• Agree to the Fellow Drops Terms of Use

If the credit is not redeemed within 30 days, it expires automatically.

Expired, unredeemed credits are void.

Credit Usage Window

Once redeemed:

• Credits must be used within 1 year
• Valid only on Fellow Drops purchases
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Have no cash value
