Do I need separate accounts for Coffee and Tea?

Nope! You’ll use the same account for both coffee and tea!

 

How often are new Tea Drops released?

Tea Drops are released on Monday's once a month (not specific Monday at this time)

We do have matcha and tea available on our site anytime through our marketplace here: Specialty Tea

 

Can I use my Drops gift card/credit for Tea Drops? 

Yes! Any credit on your account will be applied to your next order automatically.

Will Tea Drops be available on the website too? 

Not typically, offers through Drops are only available for a limited time via text.

 

Will my tea and coffee orders ship together? 

No, coffee and tea orders will ship separately from the roaster or tea partner location.

 

Can I change my preferences or switch between Coffee and Tea? 

Yes! Make changes anytime through your Drops account dashboard, just text 'account' to the Drops number 844-920-3767.
