The Latest Firmware
The latest firmware version for Series 1 is firmware version 2.5.15. Here's what's new:
⚙️ Calibration
- Two flows, both accessible via Settings > Setup
- System Calibration covers hot water, descale, and espresso shot dispensing
- Precise Calibration is for dialing in volumetric precision even more, and specifically for espresso shot functionality
💧 Hot water
- New flow includes a short pause before dispensing begins, allowing for a chance to adjust volume or temperature first
🚿 Grouphead rinse
- Improvements to the grouphead rinse function ensure it's working properly
💭 Steam wand purge
- New manual steam wand purge functionality added that's similar to group rinse: Long-pressing the steam button now does a quick purge of the steam wand.
📊 Brew guidance
- Brew guidance now shows on manually stopped shots unless turned off in settings
🛠️ Maintenance & descale
- Shot/drink counter not counting correctly fixed
- Addresses this issue of descale failing before completing steps 1, 2, 3, etc.
- Auto-purge can no longer be disabled
- Low-voltage error fix
- OTA update reliability issue fixes
🗣️ Languages
- Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Korean, and Thai added; EU translations reworked
