The Latest Firmware
The latest firmware version for Series 1 is firmware version 2.3.15. Here's what's new:
- ☕️ Fellow Drops profiles that automatically sync to Series 1
- 🔄 Improved scrolling and menu performance
- 🚰 Grouphead rinse improvements, including an increased flow rate and bug fixes for adjustable duration
- 💧Hot water volume calibration
- 🗣️ Spanish and French language support (more languages coming with international releases)
- ⚙️ Stability fixes and refinements throughout the system
Don't see the firmware yet?
We're releasing version 2.3.15 in stages between now and the first few days of April. If you don't have it yet, there's no need to worry! You should be receiving it soon.
What's coming in the next release?
We're always listening to feedback and looking for ways to improve! Here are a few things we're lining up for the next firmware release:
- Shorter priming time (less water, faster start)
- Additional improvements to grouphead rinse consistency
- Better volumetric + thermal accuracy in offsets
- Fix for lag with 8+ stage profiles. We’ve noticed that profiles that have 6 or more infusion stages, as well as pre-infusion and rampdown, can lag or cause strange behavior during brewing.
- Descale flow stability
- Maintenance flow improvements
- Fix for grouphead staying hot after sleep (this is still a very uncommon occurrence)
On our radar
There are also a few things that we are actively tracking feedback for and working on:
- Grouphead rinse timing (Will be further improved in a later release)
- Easier volumetric calibration
- Additional fixes we are hearing about from the community
