General Policy
Any Fellow product purchased directly from our website (www.fellowproducts.com), or at our storefronts in San Francisco and Los Angeles may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that coffee beans, personalized products, Rebrew refurbished gear, and final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All other products must be returned in original condition. If you're experiencing an issue or defect with your Fellow product(s), we'd kindly ask you to submit a warranty claim instead.

Returns within the 30-day period can receive a refund or a Fellow gift card of equivalent value. Please note that in the case of product issues or defects, a warranty claim will need to be started instead.
We offer return shipping via UPS for $30 for electric products purchased in a kit or bundle, $15 for electric separately purchased products, and $5 for non-electric products purchased and delivered within the United States. If you opt to receive a Fellow gift card instead of a refund for your return, we’ll waive the return shipping fee! We cannot provide return labels for orders shipped outside of the United States. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds are issued after your returned item is received at our warehouse. All refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take up to 5-7 days to reflect depending on your financial institution.
If the product was purchased from Amazon or another retailer, please reach out to their respective customer service departments first and hold onto your proof of purchase or receipt.

Personalized Products
For personalized products (e.g. personalized Carter mugs), we do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of a misprint or defect. If there is a misprint or defect with your order, please contact us at hello@fellowproducts.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Coffee
Coffee is perishable and our whole beans are roasted to order, so we're unable to accept returns on coffee. But don't worry—we're here to help! If there was an error with your order, please contact us at hello@fellowproducts.com within 30 days of your purchase. If you’re dissatisfied with your coffee, our expert team will help you track down your soon-to-be favorites.
Rebrew Refurbished Gear
We do not offer returns or exchanges for Rebrew gear purchased on or after October 17, 2022. If there is a functionality issue with your order, see our limited warranty policy.
