How to cancel
The quickest and easiest way to cancel or update your shipping address is through our CX assistant chat in the bottom right corner of your screen!
Please note: Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we can’t guarantee cancellations or modifications. Most orders, however, can be canceled within an hour of being placed.
Need to remove or add an item to your order?
We get it, plans change! While confirmed orders can't be modified, you can cancel them using our CX assistant chat and place a new one with the items you need.
