How to cancel
The quickest and easiest way to cancel your order or update your shipping address is through our interactive Chatbot in the Help Center here—just look for it on the right side of the screen!
Once an order is placed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Because of this, we can’t guarantee cancellations or modifications. Most orders, however, can be canceled within an hour of being placed.
Need to remove or add an item to your order?
We get it, plans change! While confirmed orders can't be modified, you can cancel your order and place a new one with the items you need.

While we’ll do our best to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please note this isn’t always possible. If we can’t cancel your order, you can still return it following our return policy.
