Do you sell 220V or 240V versions of your products?

At this time, we do not sell 220V or 240V versions of our electric products (including EKG kettles, grinders, and other electric products) on our website. All electric products sold directly through our site are rated for 120V use in the USA and Canada only.

That said, we do work with authorized international retail partners who may carry the correct voltage models for your region. You can find a country-by-country list of our international partners here.

Can I use a voltage converter or transformer?

We don’t recommend or advise it. Using a voltage converter or transformer with our 120V products can lead to performance issues, inconsistent heating, internal damage, or shortened product lifespan.

Important:
Using our electric products with a voltage converter or with incompatible voltage will void the warranty, as outlined in our warranty policy.

What happens if I purchase in the USA and take the product abroad?

While you’re welcome to purchase a product in the U.S., our electric products are not designed for use outside the U.S. and Canada.

Please note:

  • Using a U.S./Canada-rated electric product internationally voids the warranty

  • Using converters or transformers voids the warranty

  • Damage caused by incompatible voltage is not covered

For international use, we strongly recommend purchasing from an authorized retailer in your country to ensure proper voltage compatibility and warranty coverage.

Does freight forwarding affect my warranty?

Yes. If a product is freight-forwarded to a country we do not directly ship to, the warranty will be voided. This includes situations where a third-party forwarding service is used after purchase.

When will new products be available internationally?

Newly released products typically take 4–6 months to become available internationally. This timeline allows for required testing, certifications, and regional compliance. While timelines can vary, our goal is always to make products available globally as quickly and responsibly as possible.
