Orders can only be edited or canceled during the drop's open and active period. This it ensure our growing customer base has a chance to participate in every drop. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel or edit your order as the information gets sent to our partner roaster(s) who work hard to roast, fulfill and send them out as soon (and as fresh) as possible.
If you are still within the drop's active period, simply reply edit order or cancel order to the Fellow Drops text message and follow the prompts. For any further issues or specific circumstances, please submit a request.
